Facial and peel clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment start time. We don’t accept clients past a 15 minute mark & will charge 60% of said service. No refunds. Waxing clients must arrive no later than 5 minutes past their appointment time or you will be charged a no show fee (60% of service(s)) no refunds. When scheduling a service please have a valid card on file to use at checkout. It creates a faster checkout when using card on file. Any no-shows with invalid cards on file will result in your account be put on pause from booking until fee is paid.
